How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our email list to be the first to know!

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Please email us immediately at hi@yasgonzalez.com.

Are your beauty products cruelty-free?
Yes! All YG Beauty products are cruelty-free. We are committed to ethical and responsible beauty.

How do I find my right foundation shade?
We recommend comparing your skin tone to our shade descriptions. If you need help, email us and we'll guide you to the perfect match.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are designed to be gentle. However, we always recommend checking the ingredient list and doing a patch test if you have sensitive skin.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products, all sales are final. However, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

I received a damaged item. What do I do?
We're so sorry! Please email hi@yasgonzalez.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and we will send a replacement right away.
